Margaret, raised on an Ocala farm, is responsible for administrative support, computer training, recruiting, pre-employment screening, selection, placement and customer service.   Margaret spends her free time working with the Ocala Jaycees and is awaiting the arrival of twin sons.

Dawn Hodges-Rabuck

Branch Manager –Lake/Sumter Branch

Dawn is a new resident of Sumter County and grew up in Lake County. A horse owner all her life, she participated in rodeo, trained many top western and halter horses and her daughter currently shows on the APHA and PtHA circuit.   Leading many projects and working with associations such as FFA, 4H, Dixie Youth League and Hope International Church she loves to give back to her community. Dawn has been in sales and marketing with top honors during her professional career so if you want results, call Dawn.

Lynne Daffron
Staffing Coordinator-Ocala Branch

 Lynne’s responsibilities include screening applicants, assisting with temporary and permanent placements and customer service. Lynne, an Ocala native, spent 7 years in law enforcement prior to joining our staff.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends at the pool or beach, shopping and listening to music.

Leslie Hicks                                                                                       Groom School Instructor

Leslie’s responsibilities include teaching the Equine Groom School Classes at her farm. Leslie teaches basic groom skills to beginners in the equine industry and prepares them to work on local area farms. Leslie has over 30 years experience training horses and people of all ages, from all stages of development. She brought several of her mounts from unbroken, up through the levels, to advanced. At the age of 3, Leslie started riding in the California desert. She learned at a young age that if you lose your horse, it's a long walk home. From that start, she had the good fortune of riding with many wonderful riding instructors, and in the early 1970's, became a working student for Dianne Olds (now Olds Rossi). Leslie came east and started her own business, in Jefferson, Massachusetts. She spent part of each year in Massachusetts and her farm in Citra, Florida. Then in 2005, Leslie moved her entire operation to Florida permanently.

Carol Thomas

Office Assistant 

Carol’s duties include management of correspondence, daily deposits, errands and providing Spanish translator services in our offices.   Carol is a retired nurse and works part time for Mary K. Thomas Employment Services.
